Kids' RehabGym is located on the second floor of the Kismet Place building, conveniently located in Williston, VT, at Blair Park, across from Guys Farm and Yard.
If you are interested in services for your child or have questions, please call our office during Front Desk Hours. Once your evaluation has been scheduled you can print our New Patient forms to bring with you to the evaluation.
